Dumbell Back Exercises

Tip 1 - Avoid swinging the weight.

Tip 2 - Use a controlled movement to get the best results.



Dumbbell Bent Rows


Tip 1 - Keep your head up throughout the movement (looking forward).

Tip 2 - Maintain a flat back - not allowing it to round over.

Tip 3 - Keep your elbows close to your sides throughout the movement.

Tip 4 - Focus on pulling with your elbows.

Tip 5 - Squeeze your shoulder blades together at the top of the movement.



One-Arm Dumbbell Rows


Tip 1 - Keep your head up throughout the movement (looking forward).

Tip 2 - Maintain a flat back - not allowing it to round over.

Tip 3 - Keep your elbow close to your side throughout the movement.

Tip 4 - Focus on pulling with your elbow.

Tip 5 - Use a controlled movemnt.



Wide Dumbbell Bent Rows

Tip 4 - Focus on pulling with your elbows.

One-Arm Wide Dumbbell Rows


Tip 1 - Keep your head up throughout the movement (looking forward).

Tip 2 - Maintain a flat back - not allowing it to round over.

Tip 3 - Keep your elbow at 90 degree angle from your torso.

Tip 4 - Focus on pulling with your elbow.

Tip 5 - Use light to moderate resistance.

Tip 6 - Use a controlled movemnt.



Cross-Bench Dumbbell Pullovers


Tip 1 - Use light to moderate resistance.
